Cleveland Marathon

A heads-up/reminder/warning for everyone living in Cleveland: the Cleveland Marathon is happening tomorrow morning, starting at 7am. Parking downtown will be restricted, and it will be difficult if not impossible to drive across the route so check out the map above (pdf link) to be aware of the course.

If you have the time or are looking for some motivation to exercise head on down – I can assure you that runners in the race appreciate crowd support. The course gets pretty lonely on the back stretch – so anybody brave enough to head into East Cleveland to cheer at 9 am would be a big help for the runners.

Good luck to everyone running, especially those tackling their first; marathons (and half marathons) are fun.
