Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head

Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head: The rain in my part of the world keeps falling….and falling….like the song, Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head, from the 1969 western movie, Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid, with Paul Newman as Butch Cassidy and Robert Redford, as The Sundance Kid, has anyone seen Robert Redford lately? Geez that guy has aged….but I am digressing…as usual….

The movie, for those of you too young to remember 1969, was about a couple of American bank robbers and was apparently based on a true story, although I think the facts had been stretched a bit to make a movie….for instance, I doubt very much that a cowboy bank robber would take time out of his busy schedule of robbing banks and trains to ride a bicycle with Katharine Ross while hearing a song playing mysteriously in the background…but who knows? Maybe they did…..

How Deep is Your Love lyrics

And so a lot of people are looking for the How Deep is Your Love lyrics, the song which made the charts and came to be known as one of the most romantic love songs to be sung by the band Bee Gees but I have another song which I prefer over this one and that is their very famous ‘Nights on Broadway’ – singing that sweet song. Well the How Deep is Your Love lyrics are not very deep though they tend to impress the listener with the notion that the man really cares about the woman though just because he mentions something in the song like that it does not make it true.

A lot of people have sung love songs and not all of them are true, in fact most of them are based on false romantic ideas taken from books and poems and though they might feel them inside we have to understand that at the end of the day all of it is just a fairytale. Nevertheless the How Deep is Your Love lyrics

are something that have left the world with something of an inspiration. Many dedicate this song to their beautiful wives on their anniversaries while others serenade this song to their women from underneath while they stand on the balcony under the full moon with the white light and glow of the moon shining on their faces. Whatever you may think about the How Deep is Your Love lyrics the fact of the matter is that it is still a popular song and a lot of people still hear it with all that passion that they once felt when the song was released.

Alice Cooper

It can well be assumed that the grand finale of the “American Idol” was one of the best episodes of the show so far. In the grand finale, the producers attempted to turn the episode into a kind of a throwback to the earlier episodes of the show, bringing back all the stars who had performed in the earlier episodes of the show. Moreover, the episode was also a kind of a throwback to the bygone era of the glorious days of the American music scenario. It brought back the singers from those glorious days on the stage of the American Idol. Alongside the likes of Bret Michaels and the Bee Gees, the stage also saw the return of Alice Cooper.

The performance of Alice Cooper was very much in keeping with the format of the show, that is, the contestants began singing it first, and Alice Cooper joined in after some time. He was joined on the stage by Orianthi, the Australian guitarist turned singer. They performed the hit number from the Gossip Girls by Alice Cooper himself, “School’s Out For Summer.” Although mind blowing as far as the reactions of the audience was concerned, the performance of Alice Cooper could not impress much the critics, who felt that he could have done much better.

The performance was very much signature Alice Cooper style, with the back up singers all dressed in costumes looking like school uniforms, bringing back the feel of the Gossip Girls on the stage of American Idol. Even Orianthi herself was dressed in a sparkly school dress.

The gold and platinum-selling American singer and songwriter is described as a “blue-eyed soul” singer and said to have a range of “husky”, “soulful” yet baritone range.
