Latin Grammys 2010

Latin Grammys 2010: Big news from the 2010 Latin Grammy awards show being held on Thursday night.  Several winners have been announced including "Mientes" by Camila as record of the year.

Best new artist went to Alex Cuba.

The eligibility period for this year's awards show was for recordings released between July 1, 2009 – June 30, 2010.  Winners are based on votes by academy members and not music sales numbers.

The event is being held at the Mandalay Events Center in Las Vegas.
