After beginning proceedings last month, only to withdraw them soon afterwards, the couple reportedly decided to put a two-week stay on the legal action.
‘The hold has been continued until the middle of next week,’ King’s lawyer Dennis Wasser told E News.
The couple, whom it has been alleged had both been unfaithful during the course of their 12-year union, are reported to be undergoing marriage counselling.
