Washington State Department of Transportation: Winter has arrived in Washington state and even the greater Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue areas and Western Washington are experiencing freezing temperatures and snow.
With Thanksgiving just a few days away and many people traveling on the highways for the holiday, the Washington State Department of Transportation is recommending that Motorists be prepared for the cold weather with an emergency car kit.
