Jack In The Box

Jack in the Box is giving away free tacos today, November 16th. Jack in the Box announced it will give away two free tacos to anyone who wants them from 2:00 p.m. until Midnight. There’s no strings attached, and no purchase necessary but there is a limit of two free tacos per person.

According to Jack in the Box’s website nothing much ever happened on November 16 except back in 1907 when Oklahoma became the 46th state. Jack in the Box restaurants wants to change that by doing something to make November 16 more memorable. The restaurant decided giving away two free tacos to anyone who wants them might just accomplish that.

“Our tacos have long been our best selling menu item,” said Tammy Bailey, vice president of menu marketing and promotions for Jack in the Box. The restaurant has improved its tacos, and wants every one to try them and see how good they are. So Jack in the Box decided the best way to get folks to try them was giving them away for free.

Jack in the Box tacos are a great value and extremely popular and 775 Jack in the Box tacos are eaten every minute. That works out to 400 million tacos a year.
