The fee will be paid through a self-registration station. Annual passes are $25 for Dubuque residents and $35 for non-residents. Annual passes are available at the Leisure Services Department, 2200 Bunker Hill Road, City Hall, 50 W. 13th St., or from the city's website -- cityofdubuque.org/parks.
The money will be used to maintain the pet park's turf, wood chips and dog waste bags.
