The Marriage Ref is a TV series hosted by the comedian Tom Papa, which first aired on NBC on February 28, 2010. Breuer first rose to be famous as a cast member of Saturday Night Live from 1995 to 1998. On SNL, Breuer’s characters included “Goat Boy” who hosted the very fictional MTV show “Hey, remember the 80’s?” and “Got talk” skits.
