Ingredients: Mint leaves with a sprig of mint, seltzer, bourbon, sugar, ice, a pestle or wooden spoon.
Preparation:
* Place 3-4 mint leaves in the bottom of the glass, top with a spoonful of sugar or add sugar later to taste

Now simply enjoy your creation!
