Halo Reach is the latest part of the Halo series of first person shooter games. Halo has been one of the top favorite first person shooter (FPS) games of the world. The game is primarily made by Microsoft specifically for its XBOX platform. The XBOX 360 is the last XBOX console which is perfectly compatible with the new Halo Reach. Apart from the XBOX 360 Halo Reach has been released for other consoles and platforms as well, like the PS3, PSP and PC.
The official release of Halo Reach is due fall 2010, but the demo and beta versions are out. Basically the unlicensed version of Halo Reach is available which players could activate using a beta code which is now available on the internet for download. It’s a great way to experience the game play if not the whole game.
The Halo Reach experience is more or less like the previous Halo parts, of course with a lot of new features added. The thing with the Halo series is that despite the improvements in graphics and a host of new features the feel of the game doesn’t change, you still feel you’re playing Halo. This is unlike a lot of other games whose next parts make them completely different games. Example of such games is Alien Vs Predator in which there are extreme amounts of differences between part 2 and 1 and part 3 and 2. They feel completely different games. Microsoft has been creative enough to keep the tradition, yet incorporate advancement.
