Apple announcement November 16: An Apple iTunes announcement was expected today by everyone, but a lot of people were suspecting what it was all about.

The iTunes announcement says that The Beatles, one of the most successful bands in music history, finally has its music on Apple’s service.

It did take Apple a lot to achieve this, but now they could proudly post a picture of the Fab Four, with the caption “The Beatles. Now on iTunes” on top of it, on the main page of their website.

Clicking on it will take you to a page where you can find links to videos of The Beatles’ career through the years, of the TV ads for this great event, as well as to a video of the band playing the Washington Coliseum in 1964. Apple Announcement November 16

Apple has not officially released any information regarding the announcement. As known, they want to keep it as a surprise to the users.

But there are a lot of speculations over this announcement, the one being a cloud based service for iTunes. Since Apple acquired Lala, there has not been a single service annonucement from them. May be this big hype now given by Apple is something related to streaming content to iTunes.

This kind of a move will be welcomed by all users of iTunes. But those being just guesses and speculations, one needs to be patient for some more time.  By the way, Apple is preparing iTunes Store to disclose The Beatles catalog.
